This was such an easy recipe to throw together on a rainy spring afternoon. As with most coleslaw recipes, it was even better the day after I made it.

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cup Chilled Purple cabbage shredded thing

1 x Sweet apple or tart

1 x Carrot - julienned

1/2 x Red onion sliced thin

1/4 cup Golden Raisins or dried cranberries

4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp Raw agave nectar

1/2 tsp Caraway seeds

1/2 tsp Dill

1 pinch Cumin to taste

Sea salt and ground pepper
