Ingredients for 8 servings

1/2-1 teaspoon hot sauce

4 bone-in skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 1/4 pounds, To save even more time I use skinless, boneless chicken)

1 tablespoon sugar (I use Splenda)

1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby lima beans

1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1/3 cup ketchup

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

1 medium onion , chopped

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 (32 ounce) container fat-free low-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 (14 1/2 ounce) package frozen white corn
