1/2 cup chopped cilantro

12 corn tortillas

2 garlic cloves

3-4 serrano peppers (depends how spicy you'd like it)

1/2 white onion

1 lb fresh tomatillo, husks removed

4 bone-in chicken breast halves or 6 chicken thighs

2 teaspoons salt (use 1 teaspoon if you are going to use bouillon or salted chicken broth)

1-2 cup crumbled queso fresco or cheddar cheese or even monterey jack cheese

4 cups chicken broth

1 bunch fresh cilantro , chopped

sour cream

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
