2 granny smith apples , chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup sugar

fresh rosemary sprig

2 tablespoons brandy

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh ginger

Chunky Peach Chutney

3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans

1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries

4 lbs peaches , cut into chunks (do not peel)

sliced fresh peach

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1 cup pitted dried cherries

2 medium sweet onions , chopped
