3 garlic cloves, chopped

3 to 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

6 eggs, lightly beaten

5 to 6 tablespoons mild, creamy, spreadable goat cheese

2 tablespoons chopped herbs such as basil, parsley, marjoram
