1/2 cup Tapioca starch

1 tsp Xanthan gum

1 tsp Baking soda

1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Chili Powder

1 tbsp Cinnamon powder optional

1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

1 tsp Ener-G egg replacer

1/2 cup Light olive oil

1 cup Warm water

2 tbsp Water

1/2 cup Green Chiles - chopped roasted

1 Sprinkle Chili Powder and cinnamon for topping
