3/4 ounce lime juice (save one of the squeezed-out lime halves)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

a little more than 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

a little less than 1/4 tsp celery salt

1/4 tsp spicy rimming mix**

pinch of cayenne

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 Tbs water

1 tsp salt

1 tsp granulated sugar

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
