1/2 cup onion (chopped)

1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste (fresh)

3 tablespoon chickpea flour (besan)

1 1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds (coarsely crushed)

1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin (powder)

salt to taste

2 teaspoon butter/olive oil/ ghee
