Where is the protein? This would be dangerous to bill as a meal replacement without the protein. Add in a scoup of vegan protein or protein powder of your choosing.

Ingredients

1 cucumber, sliced

1 apple, cored and sliced

2 heaping cups kale leaves, stems removed

3 stalks celery, greens and all, cut into chunks

juice of 1 lemon

1 inch fresh ginger, unpeeled is fine
