12 baby carrots, sliced, or 2 whole carrots, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup chopped yellow onion

4 cups vegetable stock, regular

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

8 grams glucomannan

hot-pepper sauce to taste

salt to taste
