Ingredients for 4 servings

bacon

cheese

Preparation

1.

Oven to 425

2.

Roll out 1 sheet frozen puff pastry and cut into 4 squares. Form round tart shells. Bake 8-10 min.

3.

Cook bacon. Let pastries cool and add havarti and Parmesan. Make a shallow well in the cheese and place egg in it with s&p.

4.

Top with bacon, cook for 10-15 min.
