Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2 eggs

3/4 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups pumpkin puree (homemade, or 1 large can of 100% pure pumpkin)
