Butter-flavored cooking spray

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

14 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, finely chopped (we tested with Baker's)

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1/4 cup espresso or strongly brewed French roast coffee, cooled

3 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts

6 ounces premium Swiss dark or milk chocolate, coarsely chopped (we tested with Ghirardelli)
