  • 8 ozs mozzarella cheese , cubed
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 ozs pasta , such as bowtie
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsps red wine vinegar
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes , halved,about 2 cups
  • 1 1/2 tsps dry pizza seasoning, such as mccormick
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced pepperoni, about 2 oz
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced black olives , drained
  • 2 Tbsps oil, preferably olive
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
