Peas and Carrots - 2 cups, I used frozen

Green Chillies - 2, chopped very fine

Cilantro - 10 stalks, chopped fine

Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Cumin powder - 2 tsp

Coriander powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Dried fenugreek leaves - 2 tsp (kasuri methi)

Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp

ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Red pepper flakes - 1/2 tsp

Salt - to taste
