  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (1/2 lb)
  • 1 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp oil Ghee or butter (to grease the pan)
  • 1 boneless/skinless chicken breast meat (cut into small cubes)
  • 3 Tbsps Instant Meat Curry Paste
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 shallot (diced) 1 Tbsp oil
