  • 1/2 oz dried wakame
  • 2 tsps toasted sesame seeds, divided
  • 2 Tbsps rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 6 ozs jicama (about 1/4 of a large root), peeled
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled
