  • 10 slices smoked salmon
  • Caper Tomato Relish, recipe follows
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped in small dice
  • 1 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Bermuda onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 ozs plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps finely chopped peeled and seeded cucumber
  • 1/4 lb king crab meat
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp finely diced Bermuda onion
  • 1/4 cup diced mixed red green and yellow bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsps chopped capers
  • Dilled Yogurt Sauce, recipe follows
  • 1 tsp chili powder
