1/2 x Small Organic Yellow Onion

2 small bunches Organic Mizuna

2 x Eggs from Pastured Hens (Hardboiled)

2-3 tbsp Sundried Tomatoes in Oil or Plain

1 x Dried New Mexico Chili Pepper

Unrefined Salt

1 1/2 cups Homemade Mayonnaise

1 tbsp Prepared Mustard
