3/4 cup diced red bell peppers

3 1/2 cups water

3/4 cup diced yellow bell peppers

Ground pepper, to taste

3 tablespoons unrefined, expeller pressed sesame oil (not toasted sesame oil)

1 pound sweet potatoes, roasted and diced
