  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions

  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 Tbsps chile paste with garlic
  • 1 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3/4 lb skinless halibut fillets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 lb sea scallops
  • 2 tsps vegetable oil
