  • 2 cups finely chopped apples (bitter)
  • 2 Tbsps unsweetened applesauce
  • 6 Tbsps flax seeds (ground)
  • 2 Tbsps canola oil
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 5 1/2 Tbsps caramel topping
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup oat bran
  • 5 1/2 Tbsps brown sugar
  • 2 tsps ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped soft caramel, rolled in flour to prevent sticking together
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose white flour
