1 tbsp crushed Red Pepper flakes or 1 small red chile

1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

3/4 cup Walnuts, toasted

1/4 cup whole grain Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup extra virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

1/4 cup Tomato Paste

2 to 3 x roasted Red Pepper

1/2 to 1 cup warm water

1/2 tsp fine grain Sea Salt

2 x Red onions, each cut into 6 wedges

3 x Lemons, each cut into 4 lengthwise wedges

12 oz extra-firm tofu, cut into 12 equal-sized cubes

12 x Mushrooms

extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
