1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes or 1 small red chile

1/2 tsp Ground cumin

3/4 cup walnuts, toasted

1/4 cup whole grain bread Crumbs

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

1/4 cup tomato paste

2 to 3 x roasted red pepper

1/2 to 1 cup warm water

1/2 tsp fine grain sea salt

2 x red onions, each cut into 6 wedges

3 x lemons, each cut into 4 lengthwise wedges

12 oz extra-firm tofu, cut into 12 equal-sized cubes

12 x mushrooms
