I used peaches because they're in season and added avo and a bit of chili power. I'm not eating grain right now and this really hit the spot.

1 red onion, diced

3 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves

2 mahi mahi fillets

1/2 jalapenos, diced

2 plum tomatoes, diced

1 mango, diced

Salt and pepper

Lettuce leaves (recommended butter or romaine)

2 limes, juiced
