Crumble Topping

1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour

2 cups granola

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon salt

6 ounces (12 tablespoons) butter, softened

The Fruit

1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 1/2 cups rhubarb (stalks without leaves weighing about 9 ounces),

cut into 1/2-inch slices

8 ounces peeled, fresh pineapple, cut into small wedges (1 cup)

2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
