2 oranges

3 large yellow tomatoes, cored and coarsely chopped

1/2 yellow bell pepper, deribbed and coarsely chopped

1/2 small cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

1/2 papaya, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

1/2 large mango, peeled, pitted and coarsely chopped

1 chayote squash, seeded and coarsely chopped

1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

2 cups vegetable stock or water

3 green onions, chopped

1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Big pinch saffron threads

1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Sugar, to taste

Salt, to taste

Cherry tomatoes and seedless grapes, for garnish

Sour cream and chopped fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
