3/4 pint of heavy cream (whipping cream)

2 tbsp of sugar


1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup of confectioner’s (icing) sugar

2 apples, peeled, cored and diced

3 tbsp butter

4 tbsp sugar

½ cup of cream
