1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick), melted

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon coarse salt

Fresh basil leaves, torn if large
