Chettinad spice

2 lemons, juice of

Potatoes

2 teaspoons garlic , chopped

6 salmon steaks , cut on the bone

2 plantains

1/2 cup grated coconut

2 tablespoons oil

2 teaspoons mustard seeds

300 g yukon gold potatoes , boiled and cut into cubes
