1 tsp. walnut oil

2 avocados, peeled and cubed

1 serrano chile, finely chopped

16 6" corn tortillas, each cut into 4 long triangles

2 cups grated monterey jack cheese

1 1/3 cups crème fraîche

1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
