This is delicious chai and I know my chai! I used soy milk not skim so much creamier - yummy.

1 cinnamon stick

2 single-serve black tea bags or 1 tablespoon loose black tea

3 cups water

6 whole cloves

1 cup low-fat milk

6 whole green cardamom pods
