1 teaspoon mild white miso

1 teaspoon water

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

3 ounces cremini, oyster, hen of the woods or other meaty mushrooms, chopped (not stemmed)

1 ounce pecorino cheese, coarsely grated

2 teaspoons chili-flavored oil

Coarse, flaky sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2 Wasa brand rye crackers, crumbled
