I make this type of lasagna a lot, but I add Italian sausage and a tsp of ginger!! It's always a big hit!!

Made this for a family dinner. Turned out pretty good! One thing I would recommend is adding more ricotta to the recipe. I added another 15oz container.

My whole family enjoyed this including my 5 year old. I used a store bought creamy spinach and cheese pasta sauce rather than the turkey sauce.

Ingredients

1 batch Deliciously Simple, Rich (Turkey) Meat Sauce (or your favorite tomato sauce)

1 10-oz package frozen organic chopped spinach, thawed

1 organic egg, lightly beaten

1 15-oz organic ricotta cheese (fresh ricotta is delicious, too!)

1 8-oz package no-boil lasagna noodles

12-oz organic mozzarella, shredded

1/2 c organic parmesan, grated

salt and pepper
