4 – 5 Sichuan pepper husks

125 g cold unsalted butter, diced

2 egg yolks

2 tbs cold water

250 g cheese (fresh pecorino, marzolino cheese or halloumi are the best…) sliced thinly

5 artichokes

3 tbs breadcrumbs
