1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese

1 1/2 cups low-fat milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

4 eggs

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

2 Tablespoons turbinado sugar
