1/2 cup radish sprouts

Sesame oil to drizzle

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cups arugula, cleaned and stemmed

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup julienne endive spears

Juice of one orange

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons julienne pickled ginger, in liquid

1 cup julienne radicchio

2 tablespoons garlic powder

2 tablespoons salt

2 pound bluefin tuna loin

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 cup fried julienne wonton strips season with Essence

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
