2 cups heavy cream

1/3 of a loaf of brioche (crust cut off and cubed)

1 pound wild nettles (see Note)

1/2 cup mild-tasting olive oil

Creme fraiche, to garnish

Chervil sprigs or watercress leaves, to garnish
