1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 cup millet

2 cups water

1 cup cooked, mashed sugar pie pumpkin

1/2 cup raw cashews

1/2 cup maple syrup or agave nectar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
