I halted the recipe and had enough for two little pizzas. I used bread flour I got from a bakery and also kneaded it mostly because I didn't want to wash my hand mixer! Will use again and again!

3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting

1/4 cup whole-wheat flour

1 package (2 1/2 teaspoons) quick-rise yeast

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees), plus extra if needed

2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra if needed
