500 g linguine or spaghetti (spinach pasta is a good option!)

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup cream (optional)

3 medium sized red peppers

1 big onion , cutted into thin slices

2-4 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons fresh oregano , cutted (or dry oregano to taste)

salt and pepper (to taste)

1/4-1/2 teaspoon chili pepper , cutted thinly (fresh, dry or ground)
