Ingredients

Approximately 1 pound of brussels sprouts, cut in half, bottoms chopped off, any gross outer leaves removed and washed WELL (I usually soak mine in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes because I tend to dry heave at the site of little buggies and super

1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (I usually cook with coconut oil, but the brussels really pick up the flavor and this is toasted sesame oil’s party, dammit), you may use more or less, I don’t actually measure, just make sure the Brussels are properly

Pink Himalayan or Celtic sea salt, to taste (I think these work well with a generous dose of sea salt)

Toasted sesame oil, to taste (approximately 2 teaspoons, start off with less, taste and add more if necessary)
