1 tsp xanthan gum

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp Ground cloves

4 tbsp Organic Light brown sugar

7 tbsp shortening

1/2 cup pumpkin Puree

1 1/2 tsp ener-G egg replacer - see notes

3 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp rice milk whisked with 1/4 tsp mild rice vinegar
