  • 1 cup rolled oats (not “instant”)
  • 3 cups plain yoghurt or kefir
  • 3 Tbsps honey, maple or agave syrup
  • 2 large apples (not peeled), grated
  • 1 cup fruit like kiwi, raspberries, sliced strawberries or black berries
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseeds for health
  • 1 Tbsps chia seeds for speed
  • A handful nuts for power
  • A pinch of cardamom, cinnamon or vanilla for joy
