1 lb firm fleshed fish fillet, 3/4 inch thick - I like grouper or mahi-mahi

3/4 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Olive Oil

1 x ear corn, shucked

1 x large tomato, 1/4″ dice

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro

8 x Corn Tortillas

1/2 x cabbage, shredded

2 x limes, cut into wedges

1/4 cup pepitas or roasted pumpkin seeds

1 cup light sour cream

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp ancho chili powder, substitute with regular chili powder
