2 fresh poblano chiles

1 lb cooked chicken, shredded (or steak, shrimp, crab)

2 cups shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/4 cup low-fat sour cream

butter-flavored cooking spray

1 tablespoon bottled minced garlic (if fresh, use less)

1/3 cup light cream cheese , softened

6 whole wheat tortillas (8 or 10 inch)
