2 eggs

1/4 cup bell pepper , chopped

1 tablespoon sherry wine

2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (may not use all)

1/4 cup onion , chopped

1/4 lb butter

1 lb shrimp , peeled and deveined (150-200 count)

1/4 lemon juice

salt and pepper (to taste)

1/4 cup green onion , finely chopped

1/4 cup celery , chopped
