1 jalapeno (about 1/2 ounce), preferable red

2 tsp tightly packed fresh oregano leaves

2 tsp tightly paced fresh thyme leaves

1 tsp tightly packed fresh rosemary leaves

1 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp sweet paprika (we used crushed red pepper)

1 tbsp tightly packed coarsely chopped fresh Italian parsley

2 tsp finely chopped garlic

2 bay leaves, crumbled

2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 tsp Salt

freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
