I used less topping and made with fresh basil, Parmesan and a little mozzarella (also left out garlic). Simple and tasty.

4 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced

1 cup panko bread crumbs

3/4 cup freshly grated asiago cheese

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
