1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

10-12 grams dried porcini mushrooms

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 teaspoon salt (plus more for coating)

1/4 teaspoon pepper (plus more for coating)
