1 cup water , hot

1/2 cup beans, sliced

1/2 cup peas

3/4 cup carrot , sliced

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

500 g round steaks, cut into bite sized pieces (or use chicken thighs or breasts)

1 onion , chopped (or sliced)

2 beef bouillon cubes , crumbled & dissolved in water (or chicken cubes)

4-6 potatoes , quartered

2 tablespoons flour
